Let me introduce the most awesome group of team mates anyone could ever have! Not only are they my very good friends, but I also have the pleasure of working with them to bring this forum to all of you, each and every week;

and myself;

Here are the qualifications that will be used in the selection of each honoree. People that are selected will be recognized based on:

1. Acts of kindness that they show to their fellow man.

2. Must be willing to help others, and treat people in a kindly manner.

3. Have a good-hearted nature, and shows it through all that they do.

4. Must be a positive role model, and set a good example

5. Must be professional, avoids negativity, and promotes success through faith and hard work

So, if you know of anyone here at AdlandPro that are not necessarily "high profile" people per say, and that don't get the recognition that they deserve, let us know. We will be helping to get people recognized that should be *A SHINING STAR*. All nominations must be in by Saturday and please tell us why you believe the person deserves to be recognized.

The meaning of the name MICHAEL;

The name Michael comes from the Hebrew name 'מִיכָאֵל' (Mikael) which means "who is like God?".

1) Michelangelo, from Greek, meaning "Michael angel". The Renaissance painter and sculptor Michelangelo Buonarroti, from Florence, was the man who created such great works of art as the statue of David and the mural on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel.
2) Michael Faraday, the 19th-century chemist/physicist
3) Michael Jordan, abasketball player

Here is MICHAEL'S bio;

Thank-you Marilyn for this Honor of being in The Parade of Stars. I am very proud of being here as many well known people have been here before me. It seems to be very big footsteps I am following in and behind.

Here is my Bio of my life and Challenges.

I was Born Dec. 13th, 1959 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This would be my home most of my life doing all of my Schooling here.

My first job was in the Service Industry at the age of 16 in a Bakery for a Fast Food Chain. This really made my Career decision for me at that time but changed as I was growing up and finding other interests in life. I changed to many different jobs until settling down to be married in 1983. I have a Son
turning 23 this year, his name is Michael.

I started to train as a Chef just after my son was born, feeling it was time to choose my Career. I went to School to be taught by some of the best Teachering  Chef's in Western Canada. After I finished some of my training and then went to work
in my first Family Restaurant. With my first job came more training from a very knowledgable Greek Chef.

Working in this Restaurant for 3 years before the Calgary Winter Olympics in 1988 were here. The people we served before thisincluded the Calgary Flames in their training camp. Which a very big Honor for the Owner and myself as I had worked my way up to the Kitchen Manager position by then.

The year following the Olympic's,  I travelled around from Restaurant to Restaurant to help with the problems the Owner's were having in the Kitchen. This is where I first learned to be a troubleshooter.

In 1993 I went to work in a Franchise Restaurant where I took my Chef's Apprenticeship. Upon finishing my Apprenticeship
I moved on to finish helping Owner's with their Kitchen troubles.

I did this for the next 5 years before I was forced into an early retirement due to being Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2002. This Diagnosis took me by surprise and made me look at different Career Opportunities which brought me to the Internet in 2004.

I have had my ups and downs with the programs I have chosen to join until I joined Wings Of Success Advisory Team. Joining this Company in the early stages of growing and watching it grow and suffer the normal growing pains of a brand new Business.

I believed from the start and still believe W.O.S.A.T. will
become a big and prosperous Business.
