Let me introduce the most awesome group of team mates anyone could ever have! Not only are they my very good friends, but I also have the pleasure of working with them to bring this forum to all of you, each and every week;

and myself;

Here are the qualifications that will be used in the selection of each honoree. People that are selected will be recognized based on:

1. Acts of kindness that they show to their fellow man.

2. Must be willing to help others, and treat people in a kindly manner.

3. Have a good-hearted nature, and shows it through all that they do.

4. Must be a positive role model, and set a good example

5. Must be professional, avoids negativity, and promotes success through faith and hard work

So, if you know of anyone here at AdlandPro that are not necessarily "high profile" people per say, and that don't get the recognition that they deserve, let us know. Here is LEANNE'S bio;

I am honoured to be chosen for the ' Parade of the Stars' this week! Lived in Wagga Wagga , Australia all my life . I married a childhood friend who I’d known for years but seemed always to shy to start a conversation, Barry’s my soul mate .Married now for 17 years .

We have had the pleasure of getting a one of each (pigeon pair).Our daughter (16) is a wonderful girl who is wonderful dancer, fisherperson (just touch my rod for luck) and HUGS. Our son (14) who now towers over me (both do--uhh) Loves his Footy (NRL), Camping and Water-skiing . We are a very lucky family with good family background and Great friends!

I left school at year 11 (17) as an apprenticeship came up for horticulture. Working with only men who had never worked with women was very difficult. After the 4 years were up I left as I was the very first female to work in the parks and garden dept. I went to various other jobs such as Nursery sales and Ceramics(slip casting(nice and messy)). Eventually working for myself as a gardener, I have approximately 10 Customers who’s gardens I have worked in for over 15 years doing maintenance and landscaping. Approx 13+ hours a week. Which is now taking it’s tole on my joints I am now I’m looking for a traineeship in IT!!

During this time I have been able to get back to collage and complete Fine Art Certificate in Drawing and Ceramics (pottery-good messy).Also kept in touch with what’s new in the Environment, almost completed Organic Farming course(son was born). Looking towards earning in the next 10 years a “Bachelor of Applied Science” and “Bachelor of Information and Technology”. Should keep my brain working hard. Also Discovering Computers and Internet in 1999 (seems so long ago). Started with a range of things.

My first was a Plug in profit (Stone Evans) website. Well I rushed in and without any knowledge of marketing wasted a lot of money(1000’s) on things that didn’t work. To the point of getting so far in debt that I had no choice but to pull the plug on a lot of the programs that were not returning any profit. I still have my Pip site http://www.aussie-money-tree.biz although only a couple of the original programs remain. Many of them replaced with free or close to free programs which do as good if not better job than some of the higher paying programs.

Also had a go at some HTML making my own website with a little help from my EMPOWERISM sponsor. Managed a basic links page http://www.aussie-money-tree.info which has all of the programs I use and promote (be sure to bookmark), as well as some Reciprocating links from other networkers. EMPOWERISM has educated me very well, I have been with them for the past 12 months .It’s a good earner and I will be sticking with them for a while yet. All you need is one great sponsor like I have in EMPOWERISM who is always there for you when you need it! Jim Slinowsky and EMPOWERISM have taught me a lot about Marketing . Working at home is not necessarily working alone. My goal is to help people not make the same mistakes I made. To get the right advice and to prosper in whatever business they are in. Thanks to all wonderful people who post , I will be a little late in thanking you as I'm away when this post goes up...annual girlies weekend away, this year we are camping in the mountains, fishing , hiking and I must not forget RELAXING and maybe a few wines around the campfire ..hee hee!
