Our forum features a member of the AdlandPro community each week who is truly a bright and *SHINING STAR*. It is a person that may not necessarily be a "high-profile" person per say, but rather someone that is not only a great friend to many, but also has a good heart and truly cares about others.

Here are the qualifications that will be used in the selection of each honoree. People that are selected will be recognized based on:
1. Acts of kindness that they show to their fellow man.
2. Must be willing to help others, and treat people in a kindly manner.
3. Have a good-hearted nature, and shows it through all that they do.
4. Must be a positive role model, and set a good example
5. Must be professional, avoids negativity, and promotes success through faith and hard work
So, if you know of anyone here at AdlandPro that are not necessarily "high profile" people per say, and that don't get the recognition that they deserve, let us know. We will be helping to get people recognized that should be *A SHINING STAR*. All nominations must be in by Saturday and please tell us why you believe the person deserves to be recognized.

The name Tammy is a feminine variation of the Thomas [Θωμάς] wich the is Greek form of the Aramaic name Te'oma which meant "twin". The Greek word for twins is "dydimos"

Here is TAMMY'S bio;
WOW !! what an honor to be here in the Parade of stars. Thank you all for everything you do. Since I have joined the AdLandPro Community I have met some very nice people and gotten some much needed support and advice. I look forward to participating more and meeting, chatting with all of you.
I am not sure what to put in this bio-so here goes...
I ended up here at AdlandPro through an invitation to the free classified ads. I am still new at the work at home venue. I am involved with several companies. I am hoping to be a success.
I was born a year early ( yes, it is possible) I was due in February- came in December- Pearl Harbor Day to be exact ( which my cousin convinced me was my fault). Grew up in a Large extended family. My immediate family was a "normal" one- Parents-myself-brother.
My first notable act- at age 4 I was one of the first patients to have and survive open heart surgery. << I am fine- have not been to the doc about my heart in YEARS>
At age 16 -I went on the United Nations Pilgrimage-( DC-NY, PA and Ottawa Canada) <<studied- US/Canadian Government- and well at 16--boys, night life-boys>> Great Experiance- though I would learn much more-now-lol
Went to school- college-
Got my dream job- working with abused / addicted children. (12+ years)
Marriage/ divorce- One precious baby girl!!! << I am soo proud- most of the time- She is 13 now.
Needed more money- Went to work at a factory- 9 yrs started at the bottom- machine operator left as the production clerk to the molding President. * reason for leaving- decided money is not what life is about.--Did find a GREAT guy there.
After some very bad luck- deaths, bad luck finding jobs- Anyone need a -Well organized Teacher/Clerk/Adminsrator/Socialogist??? --Yeah I did not think so- I was " over qualified or under educated"- lol
That Great Guy- he is the one that introduced me to life online. WOW a whole new world. I started out running a group chatroom (remember them? - most are dead now)- Started several communities (none that are as active as AdlandPro) - built my first website.
That is when I learned that people actually read my writings - who knew...
Jump to the end...I took 2 years mostly offline- to stay with my mom. After her death I found myself- here- no job no money < sucks doesn't it.
I then decided to start researching work at home projects, found some good ones. My dad signed up for GDI and then told me to make him some money- which is why "camelsalem- may say I am older and a male--- it is our business email. :) trust me I am all girl < hear me nag>. I love History, Art, Nature, learning, Teaching and anything / way that I can create, help or improve.
