I am often asked, “Michael, what do you do to stay connected with Law of Attraction?” Consider the phase “deliberate attraction”. What does this mean? It literally means using the Law of Attraction deliberately. In order to use it deliberately you need to be doing something deliberate. This article will give you some everyday tools so you can be more deliberate about what you are offering vibrationally and, in return, what you are attracting.
Here are my top 5 favorite things to do deliberately:
# 1 - Watch your words!
The words you use cause you to send out a vibration. Whenever you hear yourself using the words don’t, not and no, ask yourself this question: “So, what do I want?” Remember, when you go from what you DON’T want to what you DO want, the words change, and when the words change the vibration changes accordingly.
# 2 - Watch your thoughts!
The thoughts you think cause you to send out a vibration, and in almost all cases, the negative thoughts you think are due to thinking about what you DON’T want. Again, keep asking yourself the question: “So, what do I want?”
# 3 - The Sticky Note Strategy!
So what type of strategy will you use to remember to say, “What do I want?” I recommend that you write this question, “what do I want?” on a number of sticky notes and place them around your home or office as a constant reminder to carefully chose your words. It will only take a couple of days of constantly seeing these notes before you catch yourself automatically saying, “So, what do I want?” Perhaps make it your new password or screen saver, or even attach a note to your bathroom mirror. Use whichever strategy works best for you.
# 4 - Getting Your Friends and Family On Board!
The best way to maintain your new strategy of only talking about what you do want is to have your family and friends support you by correcting you when they hear you talk about what you don’t want.
Give each other permission to ask, “so, what do you want?” when you hear each other saying what you don’t want. Please remember to be gentle!
# 5 - Get a ‘Dollar Store’ Journal!
Label your journal “Evidence of Law of Attraction.” Throughout the day (ideally every day), log positive evidence into your journal of the things that come to you as a result of the Law of Attraction responding to your desires. This evidence will prove to you that the Law of Attraction is always responding to you. This may well be the best dollar you'll ever spend.
You can call yourself a deliberate attractor when you do any or all of the above five things deliberately!
Now you can say... “I am a Deliberate Attractor!”
