hi james, Well in this particular bios life 2 that i give my daughter heres the ingredients guar gum,arabic, locus bean gum, pectin,oatfibre, calcium carbonate,orange bflavor,maltodextrin,vanilla flavor,vitamen c,vitamin b2, vitaminb1, beta-carotene, chhhromium chloride, folic acid, biotin sodium selenite. vitamin b12 contains phenylalanine.
