Hello Dr David,

Thank you for the message. Yes this is new I heard it on TV a month ago. The Authorities here in Greece decided to mark all all Cell-Phone scammers.
The Telecommunication companies to block all users that are reported for spamming. All phones table or mobil phone calls are stored. I have no more info about it.

I have already done it and it does help alittle.

I still get lots of telemarketers and mogage and debt consolidation calls,

Hang up on them or use caller ID. The best devise on your telephone.

Not use the fault of the spammer. 

Remember.. alot of newbie networkers for these companies are buying lead list that are no good.  So they don't know they are spamming.  They think these people are actually looking for their products or service, but could have opt-in to win something online months ago.

Someone told me to just set the phone down and continue what you were doing. If it is an automatec computer call, hit **** or ##### 6 to 8 times, it throws the computer off, your phone # out.... Linda
