Hi Everyone,
I thought I had better put something in here as there are many who are a bit confused as to what they all should be doing and what effect that it has on the entire team.
So here it goes:
The purpose of this whole venture was to bring everyone together and build a rock solid income, well I can assure you, you have done just that. We are removing the GREED FACTOR and showing everyone that long term residuals is made by strict Teamwork and not Individualism of which over 90% of network marketing companies promote.
With our $7 Miracle Team, we are all working together to build each others downlines which secures growth and long term attrition. Most marketers on the internet have a very difficult time getting 2 people to join their programs and it doesn't matter what the cost. The biggest failure behind that is the individualism that is promoted. No teamwork is performed, "Just get your 2 and teach them to do the same" seems to be the common line in all marketing.
When in fact it should be "Lets work together and build each others downlines so that we can have a solid foundation". Have you ever heard that? NO YOU HAVEN'T!!
Why, well it seems that it's too much work for people. Well, I hate to say it, but that is exactly what we are doing and man, I think everyone is having a blast doing it. I know I am.
So what do you need to do:
1. Tell everyone you know what iut is we are doing. We are helping one another to build a rock solid income where not just you make money but everyone who works with you does. WE ARE NOW ELITE!! In the TOP 5%!! of Networkers as our average active members is over 90% not 5-10% like 95% of the other business out there.
2. We advertise the generic URL which helps everyone succeed even if they don't fall below you. Why, it shows compassion for your fellow colleagues that you actually care about them and their success.
3. You advertise your personal URL. Why? Because even if they signup through your own link, they will fall down under your downline which again, helps them create a residual income.
Now, why do we have Team Leaders? Well, I call them that but actually, we are all Team Leaders, these people are just taking a bit of stress off me from the incoming signups. There role is doing exactly what is in Steps 1-2-3 plus they have their own generic link that they use to help build the team under them.
Team Leaders is open to anyone that wants to participate at that level, it does require extra time as you will have to be placing people as they request links. We are going to get very busy everyone. We have literally 1000's of marketers watching us to see if this goes and when we launch, LOOK OUT!!!
I hope this explains exactly what we should be doing to help the Team in general. Once you master this, there will be no stopping yopu in anything you touch.
