Please let me clarify the  time deadline for TODAY.

As today is yesterday for some and tomorrow for others, to avoid all confusions; the deadline is 12:00 midnight Los Angeles time, which means 3:00 am for those in the Estearn time zone or    8:00 pm tonight in the UK, as an example. OK.
