Thank you, Kathy! I really appreciate any help I can get! I have been a little stressed, as some know.... My 16 yo nephew has come to live with us to finish high school and go to college. My son and I planned on helping thru college, as my brother is disabled policeman/firemarshall. But plan got jumped up.
