I received this from a scam artistist posing for Paypal as you notice, it does not address me by my name and PayPal always does Dear PayPal Member, PayPal is committed to maintaining a safe environment for its community of buyers and sellers. To protect the security of your account, we employ the most advanced security systems in the world and regularly screen our system for unusual activity. Recently, our Account Review Team identified some unusual activity in your account. Per PayPal's user agreement, we have limited access to your account until this issue has been resolved. This is a fraud prevention measure meant to ensure that your account is not compromised. Thanks Larry, I don't ever answer any emails regarding payment prossesors, I don't even bookmark the ones I use most. If I see one of these messages and think there might be a problem, I type the URL into my browser, login, and check the real site for any notifications. Never seen a problem yet, and have gotten hundreds of emails telling me there was! Don't they know its hard getting blood from a stone?

Hi Larry, I've gotten one from "Bank of America" the logo and the email looks quite official. It said something about a charge or whatever against my account. I knew I had a zero balance. So I called the bank and asked what it was about. They said: "We don't send out emails, anf that it was a "phishing" scam". The best thing to do if you are not sure is YOU intiate call to YOUR source to verify and delete the email. Regards, Herb
