Blamestorming - Sitting around in a group discussing why a deadline was missed or a project failed and who was responsible. Seagull Manager - A manager who flies in, makes a lot of noise, poops over everything ,and then leaves. Blowing Your Buffer - Losing your train of thought. Salmon Day - The experience of spending an entire day swimming upstream only to get screwed and die in the end. Chainsaw Consultant - An outside expert brought in to reduce the employee head count, leaving the brass with clean hands.

Hi Larry, I'm with Herb, I feel smart enough to clime that corprate ladder now! I can stop blamestorming and blowing my buffer, start a little assmosis, jump over the seagull manager, dodge the chainsaw consultants and make it to the TOP! That is if I don't have to many salmon days!
