Hi Bogden, How are you doing today? Absolutely agree!!! Motivation, persistency and re-invention are key players in constancy and persistance. Constancy and persistance are definately qualities that, ultimately, determine success. At one point or another everyone has a plan that fails. The important thing to remember is that the plan failed and not the person. A person will only fail when they call it quits without even re-trying ... fine tuning and devising a better plan. Aside form that, women have an easier time promoting any opportunity because they are more believable than men, this is a fact! Examples of this are Mary Kay & Avon! Evne though they have very poor marketing plans, these women still succeed in it regardless! I personally prefer women to work with as well!!! My Best! Tom :o)
