I know that my website isn’t optimized to its fullest and it surely costs me. Need to create user flows but overwhelmed. Any step-by-step frameworks?

I know the drill and had some moments when I realized I had to do something and fix things somehow. After a flow disaster (users couldn’t find the ‘Buy’ button), I followed this guide on how to create user flows . It’s a blueprint: start with user goals, map happy paths and edge cases, validate with sticky notes. Now my flows are so clear, even my mom could navigate them.
