Hello my friends, Well you all know how very much I love Adlandpro,And You all know how I like to get your opinion on things, well today my daughter noticed I had a Power Member Team written under my name and asked me why do I have it, what does it mean and what can one do by having it. Well first I told her that I love everyone at adlandpro, That it was my second home and I would defend it to all ends.I also told her it just gives light to one for all the hard work that someone has given in from the involvement of this community.Like going above and beyond. My daughters know about how much I give of myself whole heartedly and that is how I got the logo under my name,Its all about commitment and being there to help everyone. It also means you never abuse your title just because you have one.It only serves as a reminder that you can go to this person because they were there for everyone. It also means to recognize our responsibilities to make things happen for the good of our community and the people in it.Team members not only share expectations for acomplishing group tasks but trust and support one another no matter what their differences are. So what do you think A power team member should stand for??? Please shed your light, kathy
