Are You A Real Copycat?
4/19/2006 1:52:54 PM
There is a business strategy used frequently called "the copy cat principle:" The idea if you are starting a restaurant or some-other business is for you to study the activity of your competition." If the competition, advertises somewhere, you advertise there. If they don't, wait. They learn from other successful businesses. As far as internet marketing, why not make a list of 7-8 successful competitors. Did you know that successful web pages usually place the best goodies at the top of the page? Learn how they promote? What type of headlines did they use? You can probably make a dozen or more criteria to judge by. Doing this can equal a lot of saved time. You can find more ideas such as this at. http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/nomoneyweeklynewletter http://community.adlandpro.com/forumShow.aspx?ForumID=15396

Hi Dee, Start with logging into your account and filling in your profile. You gave us your email addy and not a website url above. Then start creating ads through AdlandPro. Get them in the Traffic Exchange, Banner ads and the classifieds. Include your site's url in your Signature. There are more ways but let's get you started first and not overwhelm you. Kenneth

Kenneth, Thanks so much for answering some of my questions. Please forgive me if I sound like I am beating the same drum with my questions, I am new a little nervous and some what overwhelmed already. I am going to make this work. Question? What kind of things are people looking for you to put in your profile? Is it more business related or just your likes. Where and when can I list my web url's. I don't want to be making some kind of spam mistake? Where do I list my ads on adlander? Are there specific places for my business? How do I get the website adlander provides and is there someone who can walk me through the process. I am so sorry to overwhelm you with all my questions, but as I mentioned I am new to all of this. I understand if you can't answer my questions but could you at least point me in the right direction. http://www.2rdnterprz@snappyshop.com http://www.allsolutionsnetwork.com/DH/DH42901 Again thanks so much, Dee
