Which Sport for Building Core Muscles as a Beginner?

Hello fellow fitness enthusiasts, I'm a beginner looking to strengthen my core muscles. Can anyone recommend a sport or activity that's beginner-friendly and effective for building up core strength? I'm excited to get started, and your advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there. Yoga is an excellent choice for building core strength, and it's beginner-friendly. Many yoga poses and flows specifically target the core muscles, helping to improve stability, balance, and overall core strength. You can also go running, visit a sports ground or gym. Hello. If you're looking for a low-impact sport that's kind to beginners while effectively engaging your core muscles, consider swimming. Swimming works various muscle groups, including the core, as it requires a stable body position in the water.
