Hi, Bogdan, Had to answer the other two responders (so far). Judy...you'd think it was a no-brainer, but if you look at people who are in debt up to their ears, you'll realize that it's raining cats and dogs and they're just now thinking of repairing the roof. JR, you betcha. Same scenario...and if they don't repair it now that it's raining, they won't have a roof to repair. Cheri
