Hello My friends,
FIND A COMPANY WITH THE FIVE PILLARS
Company management is the number one essential. They remember the struggles that befell them when they began in the MLM business and they want a solid foundation because management understands that without the distributor, the company is nothing. Timing in the industry is another crucial pillar. Research the company. How long has it been in operation? Many companies go our of business in the first three years so keep this fact in mind when considering its longevity. The third company pillar is having a flagship product. You must have a “purple cow” product that stands out above the rest so that people will keep re-ordering. The fourth pillar, the compensation plan, must be one that works for you. It must be one with a great payout. Stay away from the break-away plans unless you plan on working forever. Finally, the company must have a replicable system with up line training and support.
KNOW HOW TO COMPARE AND EVALUATE COMPENSATION PLANS
To put it simply, know your plan: know how you get paid and when you get paid. Study all the plans and learn the difference.
UNDERSTAND THE COLORS TO SUCCESS
Know the characteristics of thos with red, yellow, blue, and green personality types. The knowledge you receive by knowing your colors will become essential to the success of your business.
BUILD THE LIST
Forget friends and family. Learn to advertise so that customers or potential distributors seek out your company.
BE A COLOR PROFILER
After learning the colors you will learn to identify them on sight. Learning this skill is to your advantage. You will know how to become a chameleon and how to adapt to and deal with all kinds of people.
YOU MUST HAVE A HUGE WHY
If your WHY isn’t big enough, the first bump in the road is going to throw you for a loop. Ask yourself why you want to go into network marketing. Is it the paycheck? Is it to help someone else? Is it to fulfill a dream or fund your retirement? You must have a big WHY.
YOU MUST HAVE LEADER QUALITIES
People do not join businesses, they join people. Establish integrity, learn to listen, and let yourself be taught. Let people know you care for them. Develop your skills through CD’s, books, and research, never stop learning.
Randy Gage says this about the importance of the core values….”You need all the cores, not just the ones you like. It also takes a substantial investment in you. But you will discover that people who commit to going core reach dramatically higher levels of success than those who don’t. As a leader committed to empowering others, you have a responsibility to go core yourself, and create this culture throughout your organization.”
By adopting these seven core values you will be able to take your organization to the top in network marketing.
