Hi Kathy, I joined Direct Matches about a month ago. I understand that there are people that want to join my group. I understand that I may or may not have a profile, but whenever I have wanted to contact my sponsor about my problems all I get in return are e-mails about making money or inviting friends or upgrading my account. He will not respond to me and tell me how I can even access my account. What good is having friends if you cannot even correspond with them.
