Great explanation on what distilled water does, and doesn't do. When I read the Subject of this post, I thought it was saying if you drank distilled water, it would mean an early death. Quite the opposite as the gentleman in the video explains. I and my fur baby drink distilled water. No more city water for us!!!

Oh, I almost forgot. I subscribe to Dr. Mercola I receive his articles everyday in my personal e-mail; and I don't remember reading an article he wrote that distilled water was bad for you. I must have missed it. I will have to go back through and see if I can find it. Does anyone know approximately when it was posted on his site? If people would correct him, he is pretty good about making a correction on his posts. Just saying . . . If I can find it, I will correct him, but it will take many of us and not just me.
