If you have been following my posts on 12DP, then you have most likely read the trash that Manuel D has posted. I am referring to his allegations that I am a liar and a fraud. I wrote to him and told him that if he wants to bash me, he should do so privately, that making accusations such as he has, in a public forum are not only rude, but very irresponsible. I think he is a jerk for making accusations against me with absolutely no foundation to make them. He has accused me of lying to the FBI, and to all of you, and of stealing my own money, just to make 12DP look bad. He continues to wish me well in my jail cell, insisting that is where I will be residing in the future. I am going to share with you the most recent letter I have privately received from him, because he has now blocked me from writing a response to him. Here goes: Trina, I am a jerk because I told you the truth? I fear not I said what I said not just to tell you what I feel about people like you, but to keep everyone honest in forums, who knows when someone would say things about you or anyone in the community, that is not true, it would be tragic to say the least. No, I did not say what I said to you because I was being dishonest, nor trying to be funny at your expense but because you were being dishonest, and your threats mean nothing to me. I sincerely don't need a person like you as a friend, you my dear can't be honest with yourself so how could you be good enough to be my friend or anyones friend for that matter. I honestly hope that you see this for what it is, and not the affront you claim it to be, for if I wanted to insult you I would have done it privately, you want something from me that you haven’t earned, (You want my respect) and I refuse to give you anything until you earn it, perhaps that is why you are upset because I am the only one whom decided to hit you where it hurts. I will not honor your rebuttal with a response, that would lend validity to your whole cover up, so sorry you will not be validated by me, not now or ever. We all knew what 12DP was, even if we didn’t have all the details the requirements should have told you what you needed to know, anytime you have to recruit people under you it more than likely has to do with your getting paid larger and larger sums of money, so what does that say to you? This is something that we all know as Internet entrepreneurs, yet we all participated as we always do when there is a quick dollar to be made, so cry if you wish the FBI is not stupid, nor the FTC dig your hole dear continue playing blind, and see where it gets you, hope you like stripes, oops they don’t use them any longer, lucky you, or maybe not… Honestly, MD No Manuel, I don't think you're a jerk for telling the truth, because you haven't. You have made remarks and accusations against me without foundation or proof, asserting them as the truth. I think you are a jerk for defaming my character in a public forum without cause, or proof to back up your statements. You can have any opinion of me that you like. That is your God given right. But you do not have the right to publically make false accusations and assert them as the truth. That is called libel. I have never asked for your respect, I have asked you for nothing other than common courtesy. Do you honestly think that accusing someone, as you have done to me, is not insulting? The only reason I am addressing you in this forum, right now, is because you will not allow me to address this matter with you privately. You are a pitiful man Manuel. You are completely delusional. I have not made any false statements, you have. And where you came up with them, I haven't a clue. You have missed the entire point of my reporting of 12DP. I am trying to warn people about them, so they won't lose their money, and if trying to help people is a crime, then send the FBI to my house, and have me locked up. As I have said before, you are entitled to your opinions, but unless you can back them up with factual information, you'd better keep your opinions where they belong... in your head, or you'll be the one inside a jail cell. Libel is against the law, and others whom you may offend in the future may not be as forgiving as I am. You could find yourself on the receiving end of a law suit. Trina
