The 1 KEY to Your Well Being Is...? Science Of Wellness!
Awareness.
THAT is the key to your well-being!
Because, simply put…
The more you understand your body and how (well) it’s functioning, the better position you’re in to then make any necessary improvements (and track how well your efforts are working). With awareness, you can maximize your health, performance, and physique by working to your strengths, and covering any weakness.
So today, I want to share with you a few simple self-checks you can do on your own, at home. (Some of these may surprise you!)
Of course, we go into much more detail on the subject of awareness, and the many tests that can be done (whether on your own, or with professional help) to accurately assess your condition, in the “Science Of Wellness” home-study program, Episode 2...
...but here’s a couple of quick checks you can do right now:
Take a look at your nails, and check to see if you have any vertical ridges.
This is a sign of a zinc deficiency or low hydrochloric acid. (Of course, both of these tie-in together because if you have low hydrochloric acid you can’t digest and assimilate zinc ... and if you have low zinc you can't produce hydrochloric acid.)
And while you’re looking at your nails ... are they white or cloudy? This can indicate heart issues, cirrhosis, diabetes, or pulmonary tuberculosis.
Now, I’m not saying all you need to do to make a definite diagnosis is visit a manicurist!
But self-checks like these, and the many others in the Science Of Wellness, are excellent indicators of concerns worth seeing a specialist about.
That’s why we show you how to do…
* pH testing
* Fingernail Press Test
* Hormonal Profiling
* Body fat percentage testing
* Static and dynamic posture
* Movement efficiency
* Nutrition recall
* Cortisol Spit Test
* Neurotransmitter Test
...and more.
You’ll discover the relationship between dark circles around your eyes, and your adrenal glands … between dry skin and gut health…
…as well as what those long hairs growing from your ears mean, how to “read” the locations of where your body stores fat, how your saliva can reveal candida (yeast) growth, and much more about the many signals your body gives when “something ain’t right”.
What does it mean when your skin turns pale?
How about puffy eyes (or black rings around them), brown lines around the white tips of your nails, nails that curve upward or downward?
(Each one suggests a different condition, by the way.)
In the interest of keeping this e-mail manageably brief, I won’t explain what all those signs mean, right now ... but our home-study program does. And then tells you PRECISELY what to do about it! (I might even devote a future “Wellness Tips” to explaining more of these, too.)
The point I want to share with you today is this:
The more assessments you do, the more you understand yourself and those around you, and can then make a positive difference in your quality of life.
