Chickpeas are a great way to get protein into your diet especially if you are vegan or vegetarian. This is one recipe that looks good because you can make this and add mushroom gravy as an example or you can serve with a salad and a ranch dressing to have a quick summer kind of supper.



INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can Garbanzo Beans
  • 1 tablespoon Canola oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 1/3 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
