(The Best Years in Life) If you're often tired and sluggish, and you don't know why, it could be your diet. In my last article, I talked about the importance of avoiding energy-draining foods. In this one, I'll give you a list of foods that will not only boost your energy, but fuel your body with the nutrients it needs to stay healthy, vibrant, and filled with life. Read More.

Hi Luella,

I am doing great with the food. Energy good except for weeks like we have been having. It was about 75on Monday. Got a lot done. Tuesday it rained, Wed it rained, Thursday it rained, and guess what it is Friday and raining again. Got anything for the blues. Thing is it was that way last week too.

It was last Monday when Iwas working in the garden and it was so dry, I ask for rain. But I didn't mean weeks of it. Be careful what you ask for. Thing is I just lose it when it is like this, energy gone.

Thanks for listening.

Oh bless your heart Myrna. Feeling blue with bad and cold weather is very common. I have suffered from it myself. The way I dealt with it is appreciating all types of weather, even rain, if you can understand that. And last year we had rain for weeks at a time and it ruined our garden.

One thing I would suggest for the blues is St. John's Wort. That should help you feel better. I am always here for you my friend. Keep in touch and let me know how you are doing.

Hugs,
Luella

Hi Luella,

I am ok. Today we are having some sun. Am going out for dinner and everything looks good. I may even clean a bit. damn little bit, I hate to clean. But need a good sweeping.

Thanks for being there for me.

I am so glad Myrna. Here we are going to have storms for at least the next week, and I hope they aren't too bad. Enjoy your outing and I know what you mean about cleaning. I hate to clean too.

Remember, I am always here for you.

Hugs,
Luella
