Listen to Workout Ecstasy Music Tracks to Discover Your Physical and Athletic Greatness... I am really pumped (pun intended) to present this new offering from iAwake: Workout Ecstasy. I have been dreaming of this project for a long time and finally got together with Nadja Lind, our brilliant and beautiful friend from Berlin, who is a world-class electronic music producer as well as an advanced meditator and Integral practitioner. She works out five times a week, and we work out together when I'm in Berlin. So I asked Nadja to come up with some great music that would keep us focused and moving our bodies, in the gym, running outside, or dancing in our living room--and she nailed it. These 2 tracks (one is 26 minutes long and the other is 46 minutes) are incredible. Simply as music, they have very layered and sophisticated instrumentation and beautiful sound quality, and they also entrain your brain to the alpha brain wave, which produces the "flow-and-go" state that world class athletes achieve when they're in the zone. I think this technology may well revolutionize the workout world and the world of athletics, because with it you can exercise your body and focus and change your brain at the same time. We know that exercise by itself does change the brain in positive ways, but with this entrainment music, we take it to a whole new level. Use these tracks to discover and explore your own physical and athletic greatness. In my work in the field of addiction and recovery, I have come to realize that people like to get high, and that this is a natural desire we all have. The trick is to find ways of getting high that are positive and life-enhancing, rather than devolutionary and life-destroying. Workout Ecstasy tracks meet the criteria for the positive high. They're good for us! And I think you're going to love this as much as I do. This is just the first of many in this ecstatic entrainment training series. So get started with this and stay tuned for more. Click below to find out all about it: Much love and respect, John and the iAwake Team
