Great article on herbs and spices. I just wanted to mention about cinnamon with honey. I drank cinnamon and honey mixed with a cup of hot water. Drank a mug of this everyday for a few months. I feel sure it is what got me started on losing weight. I read somewhere that is was a weight reducer. But make sure the water is boiling when you put in the honey, because you don't want to lose the good stuff from your raw honey. 1teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 teas. honey. In a mug of hot water.
The weight loss has been slow, but in a couple years I have lost 30 pounds. Also use a lot of coconut oil, which is another thing to help with weight loss.
