This is disturbing, to say the least. I do great at home, but what about eating out. You don't know what you are getting. Not that I eat out that much, but I sure have thought about it many times.

That's the thing about eating out, even if you pick healthy foods. You don't know where it comes from and chances are the meat isn't organic. I hardly eat out and prepare my own food. I just eat out on the rare occasion that someone is passing through town and they don't have time to visit.
