I use to work something similar, years ago with a temm of surfers who are currently searchable in search engines back in the mid 2000's. A couple of the team members still have their web sites attached to their team photo "Jaz Jets" ... the team was formed in another networking community. I could only get a couple of them to join this community. None-the-less, I promoted the TEAM for several years, that was a lot-o-work.
