I dare not; I like to swing in the park; however, I enjoy watching my neighbor's children jump on their trampoline. Ah YOUTH! I ain't mad. LOL

LOL! You don't have to jump high. Just gentle bounces. It's great for the body.

Nah, I have been a compensated Veteran, since June 1976. Have suffered severe to chronic pain all of from the age of 18 (initial injury). I have developed the ability to become numb, when the pain is chronic. 17+ years of using my talent of 94 typing words per minute and 22,000 10-key strokes per minute was my claim to administrative support fame. Joint pain in fingers, hips, shoulders (it make me sad to swing my arms while walking, I have to clutch something like a portfolio or hook my thumbs in a backpack). The only joints that do not bother me are my elbows, knees, ankles and toes ~ LOL Humor, laughing and encouraging others are ways I disconnect from personal discomforts.
