Try Some Healthy Alternatives When You Eat
6/1/2015 4:07:55 PM
Hello My Friends,

In the USA, we eat about 20 pounds of rice per person per year. And
though we may be way behind the average Asian consumption of
300 pounds, we still sure do love our rice.

However, there's one small problem with rice. Per serving, rice is very,
very high in carbohydrates. Rice is a high-starch carb, and if you want
to prevent weight gain and keep your blood sugar levels in check, you
really need to watch your intake of high-starch carbs. There are about
45 grams of carbs in a serving of regular rice. And if you think brown rice is much healthier, think again: brown rice also has
about 45 grams of carbs per serving.

That's why I'm very, very excited to offer you our new Miracle Dry
Rice. New Miracle Dry Rice is perfect for those who love regular rice
dishes but want to reduce starchy foods. Lower on the glycemic index,
New Miracle Dry Rice has:
Less Than Half the Calories as Regular Rice

Half the Carbs as Regular Rice

Very Low Sodium

No Cholesterol & No Fat

2.5 Grams of Fiber Per Serving

New Miracle Dry Rice is also super easy to cook. Simmer it just like
regular rice.
