I was formally administrative support at VAMC-Atlanta for over 17 years. During those years, I often attended workshops that was primarily targeted to medical professionals. I learned a lot to include how many women were botched up via too much of the uterus being removed. To break it down, letting a light bulb symbolize the uterus it has two parts (the glass represents where a baby grows and the metal screw part of the bulb represents the cervix) the botched surgery use to remove the entire light bulb ( both parts) ... modern removal is just the glass part, leaving the cervix. For the women that had the botched surgery ... their sex lives were destroyed ...
