Below is a simple script of The five steps to Change... you can use to Go Into Trance:

What Do You Want To Change?

1. Be Specific in what you ask for.

To overcome Fear of Flying, Spiders, Snakes, Bugs...

Pain Management

Sleep- Insomnia or just more

Weight Loss

Stop Smoking

Increase brain power

Healing- cuts- pain -burns

Colds, Arthritis, Cancer, Chemo side affects

Surgery and speed up recovery

Money issues

Confidence

Relieve Stress

Increase Sales ability

Better Work Habits

Motivation

Wake up on time without an alarm clock

Or a Gazillion other things!!!

2. Visualize what you want, See it, Hear it, Feel it, as already completed.

See yourself Healthy, Normal, and Confident!

3. Believe and Trust that it will happen!

4. Tell Your Unconscious Mind exactly what it is that you want.

Use a positive format. Also tell your Unconscious how long you want to stay in trance perhaps 20 minutes or anytime length that you want. You can also wait until you’re in trance and ready to come out, then just say at the count of three I’ll be wide awake 1, 2, 3. Or just sleep through the night and tell it to wake you up at the appropriate time.
