From beginningless time, the spirit/soul transmigrates from body to body, always searching for happiness and freedom from suffering. It’s like a donkey running after a carrot on a stick as if the next situation will bring pleasure.

When the person is the happiness and not the circumstances in which she finds herself, that’s true pleasure. The problem has been our identity crisis — not knowing who we are as spiritual beings. We are made of eternity, consciousness and bliss with all Godlike qualities, powers and abilities. Little by little, the living entity develops beliefs, customs, religions, etc., that instead of empowering us as gods and goddesses, de-power us. We close off the awareness of our divine identity and what it means, so that we conform to fit into a group.

Because of a poor fund of knowledge, human beings may live in a constant state of fear, distress, anxiety, envy, anger, greed, self-doubt and mental and emotional abuse.

To grasp the teachings of the mystics, we must know who we are as separate from our thoughts, mind, intelligence and false ego. We must hold fast to who we are and the power of our words, thoughts and intentions for the highest good for all. Persons who delve deeply into meditation are able to make profound personal and universal changes.

There is no predetermined future regardless of anyone’s prophecy, astrology, psychic reading or media publication. Prophecies come true when the prophecy makers make them happen, not because someone knows the future. The future is changing constantly and depends upon the thoughts, beliefs, imagination, desires, words and actions of us individually and collectively.

All gifts have already been given to us as part of our eternal, divine nature. Our body (Earth-suit) is also equipped with multiple sensing, information-gathering, receiving and sending abilities that feed back to us both physical and extrasensory information. This information is necessary for us to function optimally in all circumstances.

Most everyone can play the piano or any musical instrument if they want to, but only a few activate their potential by taking lessons and practicing. Others will say, “I wish I could play the piano, but I can’t and have no talent.”

They do not take lessons or practice, so they are right. They have no talents. Do the thing and you have the power, but do not do it and you do not have the power.
