Today as the weather is reaching for Spring Time, the birds are preparing nests for new chicks, the trees are budding and the flowers are peaking up out of the grown, I turn my attention to the oneness of all. That I am one of the ONE just as everything I see, hear, feel, and sense.

There is one source of creation and energy in this Universe. It is the source of all creations. It is infinite just waiting to be discovered. With this comes unlimited possibilities. This source is the golden thread that connects all mankind. Our drive for a higher good in the world and the love that comes from that connection.

I am made of that energy, that spirit that animates everything. I am an individualized expression of the unlimited power that connects me with every other living thing. There is nothing that can separate me from my source except my lack of acknowledgement of its existence.

I revel in this oneness and the infinite possibilities that are waiting for me to bring forth that which makes my world a better place.

I recall in every moment this oneness and the presence of spirit in my soul, in my mind, in my actions and in my experience.

I am grateful for this as it brings joy to my life. I am grateful for all those this way of being brings into my experience.

I rejoice in the experiences I have, whether I call them good or bad, as they are my experience of Life and that is what I am here to do, experience life to its fullest.

I release the realization of my oneness with all and the gratitude and joy this brings to my life.
