Recipe sounds delicious, but I would replace a few things.
I would use coconut oil, coconut sugar, and Himalayan sea salt.
Not sure how I would replace the vegetable juice cocktail yet.
I really hope you're not offended, but all the ingredients I replaced are really unhealthy. But with any recipe, it still can be delicious and healthy by replacing unwanted ingredients.
