	Hi Luella May, It seems that sharp minds follow on the same track. I absolutely love salmon in any form, whether in Salmon Steaks or Salmon Patties. These patties sound delicious and I see from your Website that you are linked to Honeyville as well. I use Blanched Almond Flour instead of Coconut Flour. Thanks For Sharing My Friend, Phil

	Ah......... A man after my own heart. I also used blanched almond flour. Actually, I buy a lot of cooking items online. I live way out in the boonies and well stocked health stores are miles and miles away. So it's more convenient for me. I LOVE Salmon, in any way, shape or form. 	And that's another reason why I shop online. Besides having to drive half an hour to the next big town, then there's crowds.......... traffic. So if I have to go, I get what I need and then leave. I'm not one for shopping and browsing. Happy Friday for sure!
