Sazzy, I have had asthma and respiratory problems in the past. I found that colloidal silver is excellent for controlling asthma and eliminating any infections that may surface. When I have flareups what I do is nebulize with three things, and it is extremely effective. I nebulize with colloidal silver, lobelia extract, and mullein extract. Colloidal silver expectorates congestion and prevents infection. If infection is present, it will eliminate it. Lobelia relaxes the airways to make breathing easier. And mullein expectorates congestion. Drinking mullein tea is also effective.
I have linked to the specific products that I use. The only silver I have ever used is from Utopia Silver and this is because it is a high quality source. And cost effective. You will notice that it is on sale but when it goes off sale, you can use coupon code LR001 to receive a 15% discount. In fact, what I would do is call in the order and tell them to put that code on your account so that you don't have to remember it and when it is not on sale, they will automatically apply the discount. I don't believe that lobelia is on sale, so you can use the coupon code for that product. And you can get mullein at iherb.com. If this is your first order with them, you can use referral code XOT949 to get $5.00 off your first order and this paves the way for many discounts along the way.
I don't mean to sound like a commercial, but this has never failed for me. I have even used this combination for serious respiratory infections. You would fill the nebulizer cup with colloidal silver and add in three drops of lobelia, and three drops of mullein. You may notice that it may trigger you to cough as you nebulize, but this is just bringing the congestion up. And you should nebulize several times a day, about three times a day, more if you are having serious issues.
If you are on any medications, please ask your doctor or pharmacist if lobelia and mullein will interact with them. However, colloidal silver does not interact with any medications.
Hope this helps, and I wish you a most Happy New Year.
My Best, Luella
