Luella, great article!!! I get my flour from a mill. Hopefully it isn't processed. I don't think it is, because it isn't white like enriched flour in the bag. Thanks for sharing.

The reviews are great.... One person says, "Do not use canola oil - you have been warned" so I guess I will get some Crisco. I have only peanut oil in the house right now.
