There is but One, One Life, One Source, One Energy behind everything. It is the pulse. It is the breath. It is the heartbeat. It is the breeze, the air, the water, the sun, the moon, the beauty of being. It not only is the Energy behind everything, it is the Essence of everything, the spark of that propels it into life. I call this energy God. I call this impulse Love.

And this One Life is mine. I am part of it. It is in me. I am its carrier. Its teacher, its student. The pulse and breath of the Divine are my pulse, my breath. I am love, love, love. I am the one who see God everywhere, the bringer of Light and contagion of Love. I infect people with my positivity. I am part of the one pulse, the one heartbeat, part of humanity. I am connected to everyone for what is true of God, is true of me and what is true of me is true of you; it’s true of everyone. We are all connected. We are all part of this one life.

This impulse which is Love is the bringer of all good. It is the blesser of humanity. It is my Source and is my inspiration. It supports me, it loves me. It listens to be always. It always says yes. Love is always present. Did you stop to see it? Love is always the answer. Did you stop to hear it? Love is all there is and if we are not experiencing it, it is because we are confused. We have blocked ourselves from the awareness of love’s presence. Doesn’t mean it’s not there; means you forgot to allow it in.

So in the middle of the storm, God is there, Love is there. In the middle of the hunger, God is there. Love is there. It’s asking to be known. It’s asking to be shared. It’s asking for the connection of humanity to be experienced. We are this One Life. God’s. We are community. We are in this together.

So let us reach for compassion and return to the truth. Love is who you are. Be it and you will see it. Love is who I am. Love is what we share. Love is always there. Breathe it is. Know it. Kindness rules the day because Love is.

Thanksgiving arrives. It rushes in each time love shows up. Gratitude is everywhere, each time love shows up. Forgiveness is the norm each time love shows up. I give thanks, I give thanks, for love that is everywhere.

Then I release this prayer. It is but a prayer to remember who we are. It is already done because God never forgot who and what we are. We are made in His likeness and image and Love is who we are.

And So It Is. And So Am I. And So Are You. Amen!
