After a long pause, again started walking at morning for reducing my weight and bulging belly. Hope this time that I can continue for long time and achieve the target. Though only 10 days so far, so still no significant change seen.

Walking has a lot of benefits Hafiz. It also strengthens your cardiovascular system, among other things.

Are you also paying strict attention to your diet? A healthy diet, together with exercise will be effective in weight loss. Focus on fruits and vegetables, and stay away from sweets and processed foods. And also any diet foods and sodas. These do not result in weight loss and actually harm your health.

The weight may not come off quickly, but you do not want fast weight loss. The best way to lose weight is slowly. But you will lose the weight and you will find that it will level out at the perfect weight for your body. And if you continue with this healthy lifestyle, you will find that you will not regain the weight.

Just get in the habit of walking. Enjoy it. Don't focus on the pounds. Don't give it a time limit. They will come off. And walking in itself has so many benefits. A good thing to do every day.
