All of us experience change of some type each day, and many of us are experiencing big changes right now. Perhaps we are experiencing a change in employment, in a living situation, or in a relationship. The collective conscious looks at change as negative, as if things were supposed to be the way they are, always. But Spirit has other ideas! It is pressing forth, encouraging us in to more and more expansion, and as we expand — as we transform — the things in our lives change.

The way change works is apparent in our physical bodies. Every day, our bodies release old cells that have served us well to make room for new cells. Dead skin cells are sloughed off to make room for new, vibrant skin cells. And our respiratory system must release every breath we breathe so that we can breathe in a new breath, which nourishes our lungs and every part of our bodies. We don’t hang on to our breath, afraid that it will be the last one we ever have! We must release it, and we are so good at doing that, we do so unconsciously.

And so it is with our spiritual selves. Whatever no longer fits or is not for our highest good falls away, creating a more vibrant and expanded version of ourselves. The key to enjoying change, however it presents in our lives, is to trust that Spirit is lovingly encouraging us into something new. Even the good changes can be a bit scary. But when we know that the Universe is in our corner, and that wholeness is ALWAYS expressing, the changes are easy and even interesting! We can watch ourselves navigate change with a new awareness, resting in the comfort of a life with Spirit, and like the breath, releasing it automatically.

I settle into the Silence right now. I breathe into the Oneness of Spirit, knowing that is the foundation of all that exists. Spirit is Love, it is Abundance, it is Harmony, it is Vibrancy, it is Wisdom, it is Trust. Spirit animates everything in existence, has created all things, and flourishes in every experience!

And as I am a part of Spirit’s creation, I know that I too am a part of that Love, Abundance, Harmony, Wisdom, Vibrancy and Trust. Spirit loved me so much it brought me into being, and as I know this to be true for me, I know this to be true for every person reading these words, and every person on the planet. Each one was created from the Love of Spirit, and also vibrates in the Abundance, the Vibrant Energy, the Loving Trust, the Harmony and the Wisdom of the Divine.

I now speak my word: I trust in the perfect unfoldment of Life itself. I step aside and trust Spirit’s nudging into a more expanded version of myself! I let go and let God, embracing change, embracing new opportunities, and choose to look at change as the Universe’s confidence in my transformed self. Spirit is ALWAYS answering my prayers! I give thanks for the life I have, the love I have and the love I am on the planet at this time. I acknowledge the Divine Flow in my life as love, as opportunity, as friendship and as abundance. Life is magnificent! Spirit’s Divine Light is eternally guiding me through change. I relax and allow myself to be led through change, trusting fully and completely that all is unfolding in perfection.
