Why do most people think everything they want is contained in the "heads" side of life???

They only want the expansion -- more money, more love, more learning, more status, more freedom.....

But that's an impossible fantasy --

- You can't have expansion without contraction.

- You can't have "good" without "bad".

- You can't have dissolution without a coming together.

That's because they literally define and create each other.

Actually, these polarities are not even real. They are illusions created by your mind.

Let's say you want expansion. Let's say you want more money and success.

And let's say you get it. Congratulations - you've just doubled your income.

Now what? Do you think you've have escaped the game of expansion and contraction?

Think again! If you've experienced this, you know what happens. Now your focus is getting to the NEXT level.... and you fear the next contraction -- you worry about keeping what you have.

So the cycle never ends and you cannot escape the game by playing it smarter....

Best you can hope for is to enjoy the ups AND the downs of life... and learn to flow with rather than against the current phase of the cycle....

Enjoy the expansion when it happens. But know that it can't last forever. And when times are hard, know that "this to shall pass".
