“Coming Home To Peace

Ginger Young, RScP

Ginger Young, RScP

I bring my attention into this moment, now, here. I feel my surroundings and hear the sounds, just noticing and being here in the moment. I let go of thoughts of the past, and of the future, as I remember that in this moment is God, Spirit. That infinite Source of love and peace is the present.

I remember that God is the single Power that is All, and all that I experience as my life. I see God as the sky and clouds, as the mountains and rivers, the ocean. I feel it as the wind around me, and as the flowers that cause me to feel beauty. I hear it in the laughter of children, and in my own breath. And I remember that God is my very breath, and every beat of my heart. God is creation, infinite peace, divine love, whole, complete within itself, and Good.

God being All therefore is me. All that I am, mind, body, feeling heart, spirit, soul, essence – is God. I can not be separate as nothing can be separate from God. I remember now that because of this fact of my oneness in God, I am peace, divine love, and I am whole and complete. I am Good.

I now embrace this truth. I open my mind and heart and relax into this full embrace and allow the divinity that I am to come forward through me, and to pour into me. The Source of love that I call God is always present. It is my allowing and remembering that bring me home to Peace. I now affirm and commit to remaining allowing of the truth that I am God expressing. Every step I take, every decision and every action is divinely guided by God through me. I know I am Love, and I am loved beyond words. I now accept this fact more deeply into my being than ever before. And I am at home, in Peace.

I sit with this peace, this divine love, letting it fill my mind and heart and body. I breath in gratitude for being life.

In full acceptance, I now allow God to fully pour Itself forth through me, and all around me as my life experience. In sweet, grateful knowing that Good is mine, I let go and let God.

And So It Is. Amen.
