God is time and timelessness. God is infinite and also fully expressed in this exact moment. Nothing exists that is not God and so everything is God without exception. God=Health and within all that is God, everything is healthy, vibrant, poised and in a state of equilibrium. Every thought originates in Spirit and it is only and always perfect.

And here I Am, a unique expression of the One Perfect Thing. This connection validates and confirms my own poise, health and perfect equilibrium. I am a thought of God therefore I am only and always Perfect.

I bless my body and my mind for this Divine experience of Being Human. I embrace activity, nutrition and a consciousness of health throughout my physicalness and my Spiritual eternity. My choices honor the perfection of God. I eat well and move my body toward health in everything I do. I nurture my body and Spirit from a space of acceptance and self-Love. My body and soul thrive in my humanness although none of this defines me. My definition resides in the infinite Givingness of Spirit towards my well-being. I cannot be anything other than Perfect, Whole and Complete. I am healed of any perceived misconceptions around the Truth of who I am. I Am a unique expression of perfect God and I reside Wholly in my goodness.

Gratitude fills my Being for this experience of Health and wellness. I am grateful for my beautiful, healthy body. I give endless thanks for my peaceful and knowing state of Mind. Life is so very generous for me and I abide in my Goodness.

This prayer is complete and already received by the Law of life. I let it go knowing it is done, and so it is.
