Darn the last few years, I hardly eat any corn, because it was not good for you. I heard it was hard to digest too. I did buy corn at the local Save-a-lot after I checked and saw worms at the top. I knew if they were alive it was ok for me.

How true Myrna. Insects tend to reject GMO. They're smarter than we are. Actually they are more attune to nature. But yeah, I haven't eaten corn either for the same reason. This article was really informative. As with everything, you gotta stay away from GMO.
