Spirit is Perfection…everywhere…always. There is no place that Spirit is not. Spirit fills my body with every breath in and every breath out. Spirit is the True Nature of each and every one of us on this planet and beyond. Spirit is Perfect Body. Spirit is Perfect Health. Spirit is Perfect Love. Spirit Is.

I love and appreciate my Oneness with this Perfect Spirit. Knowing the Spirit and I are One gives me great relief, peace and the knowingness that all is in Divine Order. I am Spirit; therefore, I easily and effortlessly connect to the True Nature of my being every day, every hour, every minute. I am Perfect Health. I am Perfect Love. I Am.

I am the picture of perfect health, always. My body is flexible, my mind is clear, my spirit is free. I have absolutely no reason to create sickness or anything of the like- my life is good and in perfect order- I trust this. As I am surrounded by those who show physical ailments, I go within knowing the Truth about myself- my Spirit is complete and in perfect alignment just as it is within those around me. I purposely take time to exercise my body, eat foods that nourish me, and breathe air that is fresh and clean. I purposely take time to exercise my mind through challenges at work, playing games that challenge my mind at home and meditating on a regular basis. I purposely take time to exercise my Spirit by simply being AWARE of its existence and the perfect energy Spirit creates within me.

As I sit here in the stillness of the morning, I am so grateful. I give thanks for a body that carries my being past, present and future. A body that is strong, flexible and willing to move at a moment’s notice. I give thanks for my Mind joined with Spirit’s Mind that analyzes, knows compassion, and can keep my day in order perfectly. I am grateful for my Spirit….my ever-curious Spirit that exists effortlessly. I am so thankful for the teachings of Science of Mind, my mentors, my friends and my family- they are the constant reminder that all is in Perfect Order, always.

I release these words into the Law knowing that what is stated in this treatment is already done. And so it is.
