The Daily Meditation 3.17.2014“Gratitude is a Most Effective Prayer”

 As I sit on the beach in Hawaii, it is easy to remember that paradise is here and now. I also remember that Spirit is all, and that I am one with Spirit. The spirit of Hawaii reminds me that I am whole, wholeness is here now, and healing is what is revealed when I pray.
Gratitude comes naturally in Hawaii, where there is little stress and nature is beautiful and welcoming. It is easy to say thank you, thank you, thank you for all that I have and all that I am. I know that gratitude is a most effective prayer, and it brings me closer to what is, closer to Oneness, and closer to living in the present. So my prayer today is a prayer of gratitude that I say for all who read this, and I release this prayer to love and law, knowing that it reveals healing.
