Ah Myrna.......... This is a difficult and sometimes heartbreaking situation, but it happens all the time. Even with family members.
We are here to help those "who will listen." Everyone makes their own choice. And a lot of people trust allopathic medicine. Not to mention that when people here the "C" word the first emotion that comes up is fear, fear that is also instilled in people by their doctors. So we have trust (although misplaced) and fear.
Funny.......... This was the topic of this past Wednesday's show. I had a guest cancel last minute (and I mean last minute, two hours before the show..... grrrrrr, venting here. lol). Luckily, I was able to replace her and with no time to prepare for an interview, we just "shot the breeze" and this is the topic that came up.
