I recognize and realize that there is One Power in the Universe. There is only One Energy, One Power, One Unconditional Love, which pours Itself out and unfolds Itself into all I see and all I am.

I know and accept that I am a manifestation of this Power. I have all the resources within me necessary in order to handle any issues in my life. I know that I am part of the Divine Energy that was here at the beginning of creation, creating and unfolding into the world. I have within me all the powerful energy of love peace and harmony. I know my presence brings healing to any situation I am in. That which I seek is always within me. If it is peace, I am peace. If it is love, I am love. If it is abundance, I am abundant. There is no separation with my Oneness.

Knowing this I express deep gratitude. I know the One Power, the One Love is my life, my support and my strength. I give thanks for the realization that Spirit resides in my soul. I am one with the Truth of the Universe, right here and right now.

And so it is.
