I liked the better camera and screen size. Plus its a lot lighter than I expected. Even though I lost my slide out keyboard, I am learning the virtual one and when my fingers stop working during the day, I can use a stylus which comes in handy. After about three weeks I am quite happy with my choice. I almost went to the iPhone but liked the broader features of the S4.

I also thought it was cool they (Samsung) sponsors achievement in schools through their Samsung Solve Program

Our Purpose
Since 2004, Samsung’s education programs have contributed more than $13 million in technology to more than 500 public schools in the U.S. In 2010, Samsung unveiled a new contest initiative called Solve for Tomorrow to foster more enthusiasm in STEM education. Together with industry and NGO partners, the Solve for Tomorrow contest uses technology as a motivator to raise awareness and interest in STEM learning among teachers and students. http://www.samsung.com/us/solvefortomorrow/background.html
It has this scrolling feature where it follows your reading so when you reach the end of the screen it automatically scrolls the page, plus a lot of other things I may never use but its got them. Not to mention all the apps and stuff you can use with it. Get you a larger SD card for sure because the storage is not as robust on the model I bought. But I stole it almost. So I spent a few bucks on a card and you can hook it up to the cloud storage too. It is a lot smarter than I am at the moment. ;)
